Refund & Return Policy
At Almost Einstein™, every product is made just for you. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to create high-quality gear—so each item is custom-made when you place your order.
Because of this, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
But if something’s wrong? We’ve got your back.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund if:
• Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
• You receive the wrong item (design, size, or color)
• Your order never arrives (after normal processing and shipping time)
To request a replacement or refund:
1. Email nikki@almosteinstein.com within 7 days of receiving your item
2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
3. Items must be unworn and in original condition
In most cases, you won’t need to return the item—we’ll review the photos and handle it quickly.
We cannot offer refunds for:
• Orders placed with the wrong shipping address
• Size issues (please double-check the size guide before ordering)
• Minor color or print variations (due to screen differences and garment material)
Order Cancellations
Orders are sent into production within 1–2 hours. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at nikki@almosteinstein.com. We can’t guarantee cancellation once your item enters production.
